🔁 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item does not match the product description or image.
  • You received the wrong item or size.
⚠️ We do not accept returns or refunds for:
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Orders with incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong address, wrong size ordered)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

📦 How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please email us at support@pantsyouwear.shop with the following:

  1. Order number
  2. Clear photo(s) of the item showing the issue
  3. Description of the issue

We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Do not send your item back to the manufacturer or address on the package. We will provide the correct return address (if applicable) via email.

💰 Refunds

Once your return request is approved or your issue is verified, we will:

  • Process a full or partial refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, the order will likely be processed and shipped, and cannot be canceled.

🚫 Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a seller error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

⚠️ Important Notes for Dropshipping Orders

Our products are shipped from USA suppliers. As such:

  • Return addresses will be U.S.-based but a lengthy process.
  • Physical returns may not always be required. In some cases, we may offer a refund or resend without a return if proof is provided.
  • Please be patient with shipping delays, especially during peak seasons or customs clearance.
